We aim to get your dog’s favourite treats to you as quickly as possible!
- Standard Shipping – £3.99 (for orders under £30)
- Free Shipping – On all orders over £30
- Delivery Time – Estimated 3-5 working days
All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service to ensure a reliable and safe delivery.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the UK mainland. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there are any issues, contact us at woof@k9dogtreats.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take care to pack all our products securely, but if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
